Flashback Fridays: Nokia N93

Ok so let's go five years back when manufacturers were constantly finding new ways to create their phones. The agenda was to outdo one another by whacking on cameras with crazy resolutions (well at the time they were crazy and new), giving the phone personality by adding twisting screens and interesting keypad designs and when Symbian was the top choice in the smartphone world.

For this week's Flashback Fridays, we have the Nokia N93. Here's a quick rehash of what made this phone so unique for it's time:

- 3.2MP camera with Carl Zeiss Optics, 3X Optical Zoom, Autofocus and macro mode
- DVD quality video capture recording videos with VGA resolution at 30fps
- 270 degree rotating screen with a 240x320 resolution producing 262,144 colours
- 3D Graphics HW accelerator
- Symbian 3rd Edition
- Wifi and Bluetooth 2.0
- 50MB internal memory and support for a 2GB miniSD

The Nokia N93 truly made its mark in the history of mobile phones. Take some time to look at these pictures and maybe these will remind you of things that happened during the N93 era.
