Flashback Fridays: Nokia N82

Announced just over 4 years ago, the Nokia N82 set the standards in the camera phone department. At the time, this phone had it all when it came to mobile imaging - 5MP camera, Carl Zeiss optics, Xenon flash, VGA resolution videos filmed at 30 frames per second.

Like most phones today, the N82 wasn't at all perfect (apart from the imaging department). If you ever had the chance to own one, I'm sure you would remember feeling slightly awkward about the keypad. The sound quality through the headphones wasn't all that great either. Anyway, enough bashing the N82. Here's a quick reminder of what features made this phone so special:

- 5MP camera with autofocus and Carl Zeiss optics equipped with Xenon flash
- 'DVD Quality' video recording with a resolution of 640x480 pixels
- N-Gage gaming
- Built in GPS
- WLAN and UPnP
- 128MB of RAM
- Accelerometer for Auto-Rotate
- TV-Out functionality
- Stereo loudspeakers

That's Flashback Friday for this week folks. Enjoy the pictures!
